I was very pleasantly surprised by this new to me local pizza truck. Randomly found them on IG and they happened to be at Gazebo Gardens that night so I went to check them out. I ordered a Marguerita to try first. Quite impressed. When I held up a slice, it did not flop immediately, it took a second or two for the slice to start flopping, which is wonderful. I hate when the slice flops over immediately or is soggy bottom. I may ask for a well done pizza next time to get some char on the undercarriage. I will definitely be going back to try their pepperoni and will see if they can accommodate a well done pizza with some char on it. The Crust!!!! Is exactly what I was looking for. I got a side of Ranch too and it tasted and looked like it was made in house. The wait time was not bad at all, they give you a little pager to hold on to while you wait. The two men working in the truck were friendly. I will definitely be going back to try another pizza.

I ordered the pesto sausage pizza and my husband ordered the hot Hawaiian with no chili peppers tonight at gazebo gardens where they were located tonight. Both pizzas were delicious and had so much flavor!! We highly recommend and will be back

Highly recommend! Fresh and delicious. Tried their pizzas at the Well Church location. Tons of great vegetarian options too.
